Barre Classes
Our 50 minute group Barre classes are held in Belgrave Hall
(1B Denmark Road) on a weekly basis.
All mats and props supplied.
All levels welcome, adjustments and modifications provided throughout.

FAQ's
What should I wear?
Whatever you feel comfortable in! We recommend grippy socks but you are also welcome to do the class barefoot.
Can I take part if I am pregnant?
Yes! Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class so that we can provide movement alternatives. Post-natal women are also welcomed into class once cleared by a doctor.
Do I need to bring anything?
Please bring water and a towel if preferred. We provide mats and props.
Is there parking?
